Ky-Mani Marley was an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was among the richest and most successful. Shottas was an iconic film that featured him alongside another singer Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed to Shang Records where he recorded his first album in the year 1996. Like Father Like Son and several singles, including Judge Not with Patra then Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Does It (remix) as well as Sensimelia all of which added to his growing reputation in the newest generation of reggae artists. In 1997, Ky-Mani formed a band with Praswell (Fugees) for Avenue a hit cover version of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was first seen at the Cameo Theatre in Miami at Midem.
